sucks!

After having their gas service at my rentals for more than two decades, this horrible company sends condescending, mansplaining service people to my property.
I called regarding the leak, and when I told the employee that my tenant turned off the gas, he yelled at me. I repeated that I did not do it, and he said “then what am I doing here?, The gas is already shut off”.
He then proceeded to tell me I was responsible for the repair/replacement of the pipes necessary to deliver their product/service to my property.
The company had him shut off the gas, and cap my meter.
After the cause of the leak was repaired, I called them back to come out and fix the meter, and turn the gas back on.
I was then told I had to pay a plumber to undo what they had done to the meter.
Needless to say, after more than 20 years, and 10’s of thousands of dollars in payments, I will no longer be found business with this awful, greedy, company. They only want to collect money, without taking responsibility of the safety of their product and its delivery apparatus.

Electric appliances, here we come!! No more pilot light issues, or repairing their equipment.
Glad I am getting rid of indoor gas appliances that have been definitively linked to many health problems. My tenants can feel safe, and not worry that their children will have asthma attacks, or develop other serious health problems due to poor indoor air quality.

Bye, bye teco!!
