Marathon Sunday!!!!!! Still can’t believe I did it TWICE! One of my most amazing accomplishments!!!! When I ran the first time there were only 25,000 runners! Now there is 50,000!!!!

The Verrazano Bridge was jumping up and down with the weight of the runners! That freaked me out! But what a great experience and an incredible way to see this beautiful city of ours!!!!!

I was trying to find a picture but I guess I lost it! Good luck to all the runners and volunteers!!!!

This deal was a CHALLENGE! Unfortunately, the seller died during the transaction. The apartment had to be put through probate and there were MANY twists and turns. I coordinated the process with the seller's sister, the estate attorney, the real estate attorney and the buyer and his attorney.

WHEW!!!! Just SOLD never felt so good!!!!
