The July market numbers are in! 📊

We’re seeing 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁, 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 compared to last year. New listings jumped 𝟭𝟲.𝟯%, while closed sales increased 𝟴.𝟯%. The median sales price reached $𝟰𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬, up 𝟱% 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿, and overall inventory grew 𝟭𝟬.𝟴%.
