There's a nasty mess in one of the city's nicest neighborhoods. A sewer project stalled because the contractor hired by the city went bankrupt.

Board President Phil, Vice President Lisa, and JG Manager Kathy were in Lower Manhattan to close on the refinance of the JG mortgage today. The note had come due this year. The 10 year mortgage takes advantage of lower interest rates and will allow for replenishment of the reserve fund. This will enable capital projects over the next decade
