☎️☎️I called him the night before Thanksgiving, because my weight kept going up and I was starting to not like my looks anymore. This is Alex Rios, he bought a house with me about 10 years ago, and we stayed in touch. I knew that he had completely transformed himself and is now a personal trainer. 💪💪We have been working out together now for three months, and it’s tough but fun. And I finally see results! 💃💃I’m getting stronger, toned, and I’m turning fat into muscle. Alex keeps me accountable. A healthy realtor is a better realtor! 🏡 lol, I definitely need endurance and strength showing houses in this cold! 😀🤣 I wanted to share my experience, as I always dreaded resistance training. 👉👉When the family you work with to sell their house and the house itself are cute as a button, you can’t stop smiling. We received multiple offers and just closed 5% above what was an already ambitious asking price! 💕💕 the daughter Aleena and I had a deal - every time I came over she would teach me a dance move and I taught her French. I got moves now! Love what I do. -

👉 Yesterday after a work lunch my friend said “hey are you walking over the 59th street bridge back to Queens” - and I realized I never have done that! It took me a bit to find the entrance for pedestrians, but it was a real fun way to get my steps in! I recommend headphones as the cars are very loud, but the views are amazing: And it leads you right into the heart of LIC. Let me know if you want coffee shop or restaurant recommendations on the Queens side. 💕🥂
