Because the truth is, not every loan program is right for you — and if your lender isn’t explaining why, you might end up paying more than you should.

For example, a lot of buyers jump into down payment assistance thinking it’s FREE money. But what they’re not told is that those programs often come with HIGHER INTEREST RATES and extra FEES. So over the next few years, you could end up paying back more than the ‘help’ you received.

Years ago, I met Luis when he was just a kid on my husband’s middle school soccer team and I was the team mom. Today, I had the incredible honor of handing him the keys to his very first home. Talk about full circle. 🙌

But let me tell you — this journey wasn’t easy.

This was one of those deals… the kind that tests every ounce of experience, patience, and grit. The underwriter tried to deny this loan — not once, but TWICE. Many lenders would have thrown in the towel. But not me.

I don’t just process paperwork — I advocate, I fight, and I show up for my clients. I went straight to management — twice — and got this loan approved. Because I live by my motto: Making Homeownership a Reality. And reality doesn’t happen without resilience.
