My heartfelt condolences go out to the family and loved ones of Pat Navarette. Although I had only recently had the pleasure of meeting her, it didn’t take long to see what a true gem of a person she was.
May you find comfort in the love she shared, the lives she touched and the beautiful memories that will forever keep her close. Keeping her family and friends in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Pat Navarette, Co-Founder, Owner, President, and Broker of Texas Sage Properties.
Pat was so much more than a respected real estate professional. She was a wife, mother, friend, mentor, and a woman who touched the lives of so many through her kindness, strength, honesty, and genuine care for others.
For more than 26 years, Pat dedicated herself to real estate, building a career grounded in integrity, hard work, and a true commitment to her clients. She was honored as a Top Producer Realtor® by the Houston Association of Realtors® and, in recent years, devoted herself to commercial real estate, helping businesses find opportunities and build their futures.
But Pat’s greatest accomplishments were not found in titles or awards. They were found in the people she loved and the lives she impacted.
Alongside her beloved husband, Mike, she celebrated more than 48 years of marriage and built a beautiful family with their children, Michael, Matt, Marcus, and Sarah. Her family, her faith, her work, and the people around her meant so much to her.
Pat’s 22 years living overseas gave her a unique appreciation for people, languages, and cultures from around the world. She carried those experiences with her throughout her life, always believing in the importance of relationships and treating people with respect.
Her legacy will live on through Texas Sage Properties, her family, her clients, her colleagues, and the many people fortunate enough to know her.
We will miss her guidance, her determination, her laughter, her beautiful smile and most of all, the person she was.
Please keep Mike, their children, family, friends, and the entire Texas Sage Properties family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
Pat, your work here is complete, but your legacy will live on in all of us. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
