I’ve been working on getting one of my lease properties ready for new tenants, gathering quotes for an upcoming listing, and negotiating repairs on properties currently under contract. Busy is good! 😊

🎉 Under Contract: I officially got TWO properties under contract over the weekend! Massive congratulations to my clients!

🤝 New Clients: Welcoming two new clients to the family this week—one listing and one buyer. I can’t wait to help you both reach your real estate goals!

🛠️ Rental Refresh: My tenant just moved out of one of my rentals on May 31th, so I’m working with my contractors this week to install new carpet, fresh paint, and get it sparkling clean. We are pushing hard to have it move-in ready by June 15th!
