You spoke, and we listened! In efforts to help our residents make their payments, we will be providing incentives with rent discounts!
Here’s what you need to know:
• All residents who pay by the 5th will receive a 5% discount
• In order to be eligible, residents must pay their rent by deadline date
• All balances due must be received & paid in full on or before May 5th
• Funds must clear the bank

¡Tú hablaste y nosotros escuchamos! ¡En un esfuerzo por ayudar a nuestros residentes a hacer sus pagos, proporcionaremos descuentos de alquiler!
Esto es lo que necesita saber:
• Todos los residentes que paguen antes del 5 recibirán un descuento del 5%
• Para ser elegible, los residentes deben pagar su renta antes de la fecha límite
• Todos los saldos adeudados deben recibirse y pagarse en su totalidad el 5 de mayo o antes.
• Los fondos deben esta liquidados del banco
