Good morning, i have taken the last year off from really be active in real estate for a couple of reason. But the main reason is my morals and respect for
People period. I couldn’t see myself selling a house to a friend while the market was so crazy and maybe putting them in house debt in years to come. I didnt want to sell a friends home with out knowing they had a plan on some place to go, selling them a house after would be putting them in the same situation. To some people these things dont matter but to me there is more to this business then just making money. I love the experience of being a part of some one next step in life. Either first home buyers, down sizing to something cozy for retirement, or a relocation to a new adventure. I am all about the process to see the smile and excitement when you are moving through to the next great thing in your life.
With all that being said I AM BACK!!! The market is finally in a good place where I can feel I am putting people into a good investment and a good home for them to enjoy for however many year they choose.
