We have got you covered! You can rent either our 5,6,7,or 8 bedroom home and sleep up to 26!
We are only 30 steps to the beach for quick runs for beverages and snacks. The views from the hottun on the 4th floor rooftop are amazing!
All the amenities you need from blenders to an undercounted ice machine will make your drinks and mocktails be unforgettable.(Try some of our recipes!)

If you need help with thinking out loud your weekend I would be glad to point you in the right direction for events, places to go or things to do. On and Off the Island will usually have a festival, craft show, or music events going on throughout the year I can give you info on for your timeline.
In our Bachelorette Party Box I have lots of things get the party mode started. Keep in mind if you go out the more ‘bling’ you wear will let people know your are celebrating, and the more attention you will receive at a restaurant or bar. You may get a round a drinks bought for you by someone or free dessert, who knows. So don’t be shy. Everyone loves a party and especially a fun Bachelorette Group.

Welcome to Beach House Retreats and The Wed and Bed Milestone Event Planning & Bachelorette Weekends! Mary Ann and Tom want to WELCOME YOUR MULTI-GEN FAMILY or LARGE GROUP to stay at our home on LBI for your vacation, retreat, wedding stay or bachelorette weekend. We book year-round if you work from home or home school and want a change of scenery.
We have lived on LBI our whole lives. We moved here permanently in 2006. What a blessing it has been to see the island in all 4 seasons! From Fun Summer to Indian Summer Fall through picturesque Winter and a Blink of Spring, LBI is a great place to gather good times with your loved ones.
Make yourself at home! Surprise, we have a Gift Tray at check in with some wonderful treats for you and your guests. Our Information Binder will have everything you need at your fingertips (shuttle info, mass schedule, coupons, things to do, emergency numbers, storm prep list, FAQs, and more. We have collected most of the islands eatery menus to make take out and meal decisions easier. We believe giving you more info about the house, area and events is a huge value. We are on call if you need a recommendation or can’t find something you need or help with a house issue.
Beach House Retreats has been our labor of LOVE. We have done several renovations to improve our offerings and add new amenities yearly. Coming from a large family we know what a home needs to keep the peace, enjoyment and the party going. Large Groups are our Niche! We can rent our home as an 8 ½ bedroom with 4 baths, 2 living rooms (prime weeks), 7, 6 or 5 bedrooms with 3 baths, and 2 living rooms, and just the first floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and living room (Sept.-June). We have the biggest indoor and outdoor dining table. The 4th floor rooftop deck has a hot tub and is open year-round sun or snow! Come take a look!
