The latest numbers tell an interesting story.

🏡 Median sale price: $598,128
📈 Home prices: Up 5.9% year over year
🔑 Homes for sale: Up 9.3%
⏰ Median days on market: 41 days

So yes, buyers are seeing more homes to choose from, but that doesn't mean home prices are dropping.
