🌭 Dog Haus is making some serious noise.

The brand announced a 50-unit development deal alongside the addition of two new C-suite executives, both experienced multi-unit franchise operators, as it sets its sights on a long-term goal of 1,500 locations nationwide.

And Ohio is squarely in the crosshairs of that growth plan. Our own Greg Guyuron is proud to rep Dog Haus on the ground here in Northern and Central Ohio.

Tori Nook and Matt Wilson recently stopped by to celebrate the opening of AutoZone 's newest hub store on Cleveland's East Side in Willoughby Hills and got a firsthand look at why this concept is such a big deal.

The store spans about 40,000 square feet and operates as both a conventional walk-in retail location and a last-mile distribution center, carrying over one million SKUs. Customers can shop off the floor or order specialty parts through the commercial counter in the back. AutoZone is planning to roll out hundreds of these hub stores nationwide, making it a core growth vehicle for the company.

Tori and Matt represent AutoZone throughout Northern Ohio and are actively seeking locations in the 30,000 to 50,000 square foot range across the region.

Paris Baguette is one of the fastest-growing bakery café concepts in North America right now, and it's easy to see why.

The brand is on pace to reach 400 North American locations this year, with 150 new openings planned for 2026 alone.

They've also signed nearly 300 development agreements and are targeting 1,000-plus North American locations by 2030. To support that scale, the company recently broke ground on a $200 million, 267,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Burleson, Texas, its first in North America.

Anchor Retail represented both the tenant and the landlord on the lease of 4,108 SF at 17893 Southpark Center. Allison Giomuso repped Paris Baguette on the tenant side, and she and Jimmy DiFonzo repped Carnegie Companies, Inc. on the landlord side.
