Congratulations to my client, Julie (on left in 📸) on the purchase of land in Port Ewen, NY! A little over a year ago, I left my business card with a note in the mailboxes of several home owners in a condo community I was potentially interested in buying in for myself. Within a week, she called me with interest to sell. I went to see the condo but it wasn't a good fit. However, we hit it off and she asked if I could list it for sale and I did. We received multiple offers and sold fairly quickly. Since then, Julie asked for my help -- this time representing her as a buyer. She wanted either a tiny house or land to build one of her own. The latter needed to be within a tight budget. I kept advising her that we should focus on finding land with municipal connections connections. After several months of touring multiple properties, when we drove up to Port Ewen to take a look -- we both knew this was the one.

SOLD!

I'm not the best with updating my real estate Instagram page 😅. I try to practice being present with Real Life but this is the world we're living in .... where business isn't always generated at the grass roots level. With that said, I want to take a moment to congratulate my client who purchased this home for his brother (seen in 📸). During our first phone call he told me "I don't trust real estate agents." He had a lot of negative experiences and saw mostly greed, a lack of transparency and honesty. I told him I was different. I appreciate his trust in me, and after viewing several properties, submitting a couple of offers, we finally found the one! His feedback was "You are different and I feel like you have our backs."

It was a true pleasure working with him and his brother, and meeting their lovely parents! Since the closing last week, they've already referred me to a friend who is seeking to sell their home. I'm very grateful 🙏🏼
