Available June 1, 2026, 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has the 1/2 bathroom with large walk-in closet. Washer and dryer in unit, propane furnace, electric stove and hot water heater. Private lot-large, within 5 miles of stores, hospital, schools and downtown Machias. Absolutely no pets and no smoking. Plowing driveway and lawn mowing is tenants responsibility. $950 per month, no utilities included, first month and security deposit of $1350.00 and signed rental agreement upon move in. We will have 2 rentals in Machias available soon. We are in the process of getting them ready for new tenants. One is a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom-$950 per month, the other is 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom-$875 per month. No pets. No smoking. No utilities included. Another rental all freshened up, this one had normal wear and tear except for holes kicked into two doors and a hole in the bathroom wall so we had to replace the doors and repair the wall.

When we have an available unit we will be posting the info on this page… we do have a procedure we follow, we require rental applications to be made out, we do background and credit checks and then we make our decision from there…No pets and we require first month rent and security deposit equivalent to two months rent.
