This closing is extra special. ❤️ I had the privilege of helping these repeat clients purchase their first home, sell it, and This week close on what they hope will be their forever home!

They actually saw this home earlier in their search, but the timing just wasn’t right—we still needed to get their home on the market and sold. The property went under contract with another buyer, so we kept moving forward.

Sometimes a closed door really is just a “not yet.” 🙏

The Home came back on the market at a better price and the time was right. Even Vacations didn't stop our negotiations 🤣😂
