The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) has announced increases to the income and sales price limits for both the Welcome Home and Open Door programs.

These updated limits will become effective for all new reservations received on or after Monday, June 8, 2026.

The changes include increased:

Household income limits
Sales price limits
Targeted and non-targeted area thresholds
These updates may expand eligibility opportunities for homebuyers participating in the Delaware Mortgage Program.

Members are encouraged to review the updated limits and program requirements to determine how these changes may impact current and future clients.
