This past year, you may have seen me casually start changing my social media and business information to my married name, Elaina Golec!

Fun fact, I have been married for 6 years😆 and I majorly procrastinated the trip to the social security department and DMV- well, no longer! I got that all wrapped up this year🥳

The condo financing world is changing, and if you’re buying or selling a condo, it’s worth knowing what that could mean for you in the buying process!

With limited reviews going away, condo projects are facing more scrutiny around HOA reserves, insurance, litigation, and overall warrantability, which can directly impact a buyer’s ability to finance‼️
