🌸APRIL FLOWERS🌸

I know I know……it’s suppose to be “April showers bring May flowers” but April was indeed a flower month of successes!

Three closings, all for 3 extremely deserving families.

One home was a clean, smooth, cash offer and it made for just the biggest blessing of my dear friends. Another home listed in a traditionally long time on market neighborhood and they went under contract and closed in a very quick timeframe! The final home had extremely tight margins and lots of obstacles to overcome, but ended up working out for everyone on both sides and is now a chapter in a memory book of life!
