Being part of St. Helena’s Church has meant so much to me, especially during the holiday season. This year, I’ll be singing in the choir on Christmas Eve, and I’m loving every second of it!

Good news for homebuyers: mortgage rates have dipped slightly, keeping homebuyer activity strong as we near the end of the year. According to Freddie Mac’s Primary Mortgage Market Survey®:

✨ 30-year fixed-rate: 6.23% (down from last year’s 6.81%)
✨ 15-year fixed-rate: 5.51% (down from last year’s 6.10%)
