When people said we couldn’t get more than “$1.2-something” for this listing and we got it sold for $1.35.

This was probably one of the biggest marathons of my real estate career, but I never, ever, ever give up for my clients.

This one included a quick contract, back on market, dealing with stigma of “back on market” and “days on market,” then multiple offers out of the blue, then back up offers, then a reverse offer, then another backup offer that kicked out the current contract and got to closing. Multiple hurdles having nothing to do with the home itself, but with a challenging market - and having a solution for my sellers every time.

I’m not trying to be a social media star, a real estate influencer, have a massive team, be #1 at everything- I’m just doing a good job for my clients. Every time that they let me.

Never, ever, ever give up.
