📝If you could give someone look for a new home a piece of advice, what would it be?
Start the process six months before you think you need to. Buying a home takes time: getting a survey, septic permit, building permit, manufacturing facility build time, contractor availability, county inspections, and bank inspections. This can cause additional stress that can be avoided when planning your timeline!
