Sandy Point is a waterfront neighborhood on the northernmost tip of Beaufort, in a community/area called South River. It is on the Neuse River, facing Oriental and Pamlico County. The neighborhood has two private beach access points for residents of the neighborhood (not open to the public). It has been a pleasure to be able to work in here for many, many years, and the views are always spectacular!!

I tell you, I have the best clients in the world, and when they write a review like this, it warms my heart like you wouldn't believe! Thank you Andrew and Elizabeth for entrusting me with the sale of you your home!!

"Greg Moss was outstanding throughout the entire process of selling our home. From the beginning, his knowledge of the local market and guidance on pricing the house appropriately gave us confidence that we were making the right decisions. He provided clear advice on what needed to be done to prepare the home for sale and helped us focus on the things that would make the biggest impact. What really stood out was Greg's communication and professionalism. He kept us informed every step of the way, was always available to answer questions, and made sure we understood our options throughout the process. We sold during a time when rising fuel prices and other economic factors were creating uncertainty in the real estate market, but Greg made the entire experience feel simple and stress-free. His expertise, responsiveness, and steady guidance were invaluable. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend Greg to anyone looking to buy or sell a home."
