It’s not always the move itself. It’s the hotel nights, meals on the road, gas, deposits, utility setup, and all the little expenses that come with starting over somewhere new.

But when you’re in temporary lodging, a few small things can make the in-between feel a little easier.

Keep a few familiar comforts close.
Stick to a simple routine.
Get out and explore your new surroundings.
And give yourself time to adjust.

You do not have to make temporary feel perfect. You just need to make it feel manageable.
