Do you keep a recorded of home repairs?
Having a home folder with warranty, services and repairs information can be beneficial.

Having the ability to look back on what you have repaired is beneficial for protesting your property taxes & you can deduct them from your tax returns.

SELLER TIPS!!

🏡One of the biggest questions I get asked is

“How can I get the most money when I sell my home?”

The truth is, it’s usually not one big thing that makes the difference—it’s a lot of small things done well.

Over the years, I’ve seen homes sell faster and for more simply because the sellers took the time to prepare before listing.

A few things I always recommend:
✨ Clean and declutter every room.
🌿 Freshen up the landscaping and your front entry.
🔨 Take care of those little repairs you’ve been putting off.
People will notice if you have not maintained your home well.
💰 And most importantly…price it correctly from the start. The right price creates excitement, attracts more buyers, and can even lead to multiple offers in some situations.

Every home is different, and that’s why I never believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I enjoy walking through a home with my clients and pointing out the small changes that can make a big impact on their bottom line.

If someone would have told me being a Realtor meant I had the opportunity to get free brisket, win gift cards & hang out with some cool people I would have started right out of high school.

I really had no idea this was what life was going to look like when I started. Over the years I’ve met some of my very best friends, had so much fun, helped so many people. At all these events we go to we say a blessing. My friends at my office are also my friends at church. God is good!
