Great Closing Day! I believe there were ultimately 12 signers.. it required lots of time, hard work, coordination, and patience.. but in the end, we got 'er done!! And managed to have a little fun ~ Yay :D

To say that this was the most difficult closing in history is an understatement! But it's done and we can relax now and smell the roses. What I really want is to be on the water somewhere, anywhere.. but instead I attended the Beaumont Board of Realtors 3rd Qtr Luncheon. Guest speakers were Beaumont's ISD Superintendent, the City Manager, the Mayor and TX State House Speaker. What a pleasure to hear them out. Great things are happening in our little area!!
