We want everyone to stay warm, comfortable, and worry-free during the colder weather. To help protect your apartment, please take a few moments to follow these important tips:

✔️ Keep your heat on at all times (even if you’re away)
✔️ Check your heater now to make sure it’s working properly
✔️ Do not run your A/C during freezing temperatures
✔️ Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to circulate
✔️ Bring plants indoors
✔️ Close windows and doors tightly
✔️ Use draft stoppers or towels at doors and windows if needed
✔️ Report any leaks to the office immediately
✔️ Stay informed by following local news and weather updates
