📊 Quarterly Commercial Meeting – Wrapping Up 2025!

Our final Commercial Committee meeting of 2025 was held this morning with guest speakers Tyler Marceaux and David LeJeune from First Financial Bank. They shared valuable insights into the world of commercial lending — reminding us that in today’s fast-changing real estate market, financial readiness and strong lending relationships are key for buyers. 💼🏢

A few takeaways:
💰 Commercial loans rely more on cash flow and collateral than DTI ratios.
🏦 There are two main loan types — Lines of Credit (for short-term use up to 12 months) and Term Loans (for anything longer).
🔄 If you’re using a line of credit, keep it active — it’s designed to revolve, not rest!
