Today we closed and funded the very last NEW home in the Long Leaf subdivision.

Been at it since 2022๐Ÿคฒ๐Ÿพ
Had the privilege of working alongside the builder through this development โ€ฆ from attending city council meeting together to digging up dirt and watching brand homes with signs flourish across the neighborhood lol.. has definitely been a journey that Iโ€™m extremely proud of๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ

By the grace of God, I can proudly say that I served as the Realtor on nearly 80% of these homes had my hand in the development process๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ
The experience is priceless.๐Ÿ’Ž

The buyer goes room by room marking the small items that need attention before the home is complete.

Think ๐Ÿ’ญ Paint touch-ups, minor adjustments, finishing details โ€” ๐—ถ๐˜โ€™๐˜€ ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—น ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐—น๐˜€.
