My love for looking at houses all started when I was a child growing up. We didn't have much money and gas was cheap, so on days when my dad was off and we didn't have anything to do (this was before cell phones, personal computers, internet and social networks) my family would hop in the car and just drive around with me and my brother hanging out the car windows (this was before the seat belt la

w) looking at houses. I grew to appreciate different styles and craftsmanship. I believe this is what cultivated my love for houses. I enjoy helping people sell one of their most valuable assets, their homes, and helping people make one their largest investments, buy a home.

It's been 10 years today since mom, Bonnie Talbot Richard, went to see Jesus. I miss her and dad a lot. Evidently Chuck Norris decided it was time to join them. 😁

We all would say which houses we liked the best. I grew to appreciate different styles and craftmanship. I believe this is what cultivated my love for houses. I enjoy looking at neglected houses and seeing their potential. Now I am blessed to have this as part of my job.
