Above-and-beyond service with compassion and expertise in a complex trust property sale
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Heidi Bonham with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Oak Valley, to sell our trust property, and I truly cannot recommend her highly enough. From start to finish, Heidi was exceptional. She went above and beyond in every aspect of the process, consistently finding ways to make what could have been a very stressful situation feel manageable and supported. Selling a trust property comes with its own unique challenges, and in our case, we were also navigating cash-for-keys agreements with multiple long-term tenants. She even took the extra step of providing apartment rental listings to one of our tenants who had lived on the property for over 30 years.
