Our founder and President, David Fenn, first entered the real estate field in 1999. Since then he has enjoyed great success, and for years he has continued to develop his talents in many ways. He truly loves helping both individuals and families, to find a place where they can be happy and safe. David has helped literally hundreds of families to find, and also to sell their homes. He began in real

estate selling new homes, later he worked as an Agent in an office, finally he stepped out on his own and obtained a Broker license.

David opened Fenn Real Estate Inc. in 2016 to further share his experience and talents with others, and to bring in like minded Agents to learn what he has learned. He desires to help them to do as he has done, and that is to be a sincere, caring Agent. I'm excited to announce that I am expected to be appointed the Mayor of Beaumont on Tuesday Dec 5th. The City Council special meeting starts at 4:30pm and will be very quick, perhaps as short as 10 to 15 mins. I'd be honored if you could attend. If you cannot make it in person you can watch the live stream on youtube or go back and watch it later.
