Caprese French Bread Pizza 🍕

1 loaf french bread, halved lengthwise
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 cloves minced garlic
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
2 large tomatoes, sliced
Balsamic vinegar and olive oil for drizzling
Basil for garnish

Preheat oven to 350° and place french bread cut-side up on baking sheet. In medium bowl, stir together butter, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper, spread on bread halves, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.

Top toasted bread with mozzarella and tomatoes and bake 5 to 10 more minutes until cheese is melted. Drizzle bread with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and garnish with basil.
