I sat with MaryAnn while she told me all about her home. “It is time to sell,” she told me, “time for a new family”
She told me how she and her husband had built the home way back when and spent wonderful years raising their son and daughter.
But now kids had grown, left home with lives and families of their own and her husband had passed a few years ago. Carring for and properly maintaining her large home had become harder in more ways than one.
We talked through the whole selling process together until she felt comfortable and felt comfortable with her decision.
We worked together on how to best present her home for the most favorable exposure and let me tell you, she went to work! In a short period of time, we were ready to go.
Pictures were taken, descriptions of each were written and we put together the interactive Matterport. All was entered into the MLS and WITHIN TWO MINUTES my phone rang with who would ultimately become that “new family”.
As I sat at the closing table with this beautiful bunch of people, the old passing to touch to new, it occurred to me with a wink from God that this sweet new family moving into MaryAnns 🏠 home consisted of a boy and girl just like that which had just said it’s last goodbyes.
This is why I love 💕 my job!
