Hello My Friends!!! 🩷🖤
I know SO many of you guys have seen this sign sitting here next to the Beaver County Fruit Market and in front of the new red light on Brodhead Road !🚦 I just wanted to give an update on our progress with our new manufacturing space/large retail store that includes a CHOCOLATE DRIVE-THRU, an ice cream bar, milkshake bar, bubble tea bar and so much more!! We’ve been getting lots of phone calls, messages and people stopping in to find out when we will be building/opening!?!?
Well…That’s a fantastic question. 😬

I have been dreaming about this building for almost 10 years now!
( I opened my first store in Center, May 2016) …. We were supposed to break ground in August 2025 but unfortunately there are so many zoning rules/variances filled /regulations /obstacles/meetings…it’s literally insane. I was naïve to think this would be easy…. BUT….Luckily, I am not one to give up so we are still chugging ahead full steam! The Geotechnical Engineer firm will be on site hopefully this week depending on the frozen ground temperatures and after this process is achieved of drilling lots of holes in the ground/soil samples we can move forward once the land development program is completed/approved (praying for March/early April) at the latest! Then comes the building order (anothter three months) 3-6 months to build/finish it (Maybe) with all of the delays in building supplies/materials and tariffs ……everything‘s a struggle!!! 
I will be meeting with the health department Monday am to ensure all of my handwashing sinks, three bowl sinks, mop sinks, bathrooms, walk in fridge/freezers and other equipment will all be located in the correct areas so there will be no need for changes once built. After this meeting is concluded, the building design will be completed, i had hired an awesome architect and flow team that has worked hard to put my visions on paper (over a year ago!!) and i cannot wait to get this show on the road and serve my community!! I just wish everyone moved at my speed 😂🤣🤪
PS….Come get your valentine some fresh chocolate covered strawberries and chocolates Friday/Saturday, i need to pay for my building!! 😊Hopefully next year you can just pick them up right through the drive-thru window…..wouldn’t that be amazing!?
