September is Realtor® Safety Month
Being safe while on-property should be a top priority! These 4 tips can help keep you, your clients, and your colleagues safe:

📱 Tell someone you trust when and where you will be showing a property.
🌙 Try not to show properties after dark alone. But when you must, make sure you turn on all lights and open the blinds before letting your clients inside.
🤝 There is safety in numbers! Find an Open House friend that can be on-property with you.
🚂 When showing a property, guide your clients around the house rather than leading them to keep an eye on your surroundings.
