If you are selling a commercial building it benefits to use a commercial agent who specializes in only commercial real estate. Every time I want to show a commercial property to one of my cash investors its a nightmare if listed by a residential agent, even if the building is on Lockbox, since we are members of Costar and not the MLS.

I want to give a shout out to one of my favorite new tenant at the Miami Valley Centre Mall. Brooks Robinson the owner of Black Diamond just opened up Black Diamond Motors at the old Sears Automotive store at the Piqua Miami Valley Towne Center right of I-75 Exit 82. He specializes in Jeep Wranglers and trucks. He has a store with Wrangler accessories and great patriot t-shirt, hats and other wrangler enthusiast items. They also add accessories to your jeep and service it. He also has trucks for sale. 2013 RAM 2500, 2015 RAM 1500, 1013 F150, 2018 F 150. Right now he has a cute Thunderbird Convertible classic, which caught my eye. You looking for a jeep or truck Brooks is your go to guy!
