Englewood — first-time buyers. Came to me not knowing anything, just a goal of getting their own place for them and their kids. This one was a PROCESS… but turned into a deal of a lifetime. USDA loan, less than $2k to close, and a monthly payment cheaper than most rent right now. That’s how you start building something 💪
