When you have clients who live in a different state, showing houses looks A LOT different. You have a day or two typically to squeeze as many showings and physically possible in. Today is one of those days. 6 showings scheduled for after 2pm when they land 😲 wish us luck!

Today's closing was a long and emotional process. My client said goodbye to her home of 40 years, where she raised her children, loved and lost her husband, and created hundreds of thousands of memories. She needed this closure to that chapter of her life but it didn't stop the emotions. After 9 months under contract, and countless set backs , she finally got what her heart needed to move forward.

I am blessed to work with her and her family through the different chapters of their lives.
