Real Estate Market - today - tomorrow

In this world of uncertainty real estate is still the most sure and reliable long term investment anyone of any age can make and will always be so because once you own land it will always be there. Yes, the value of what is built on it may diminish if not kept up, but there will always be a need for the use of that land for some purpose which means there is always a potential to make money on whatever it get used for. Remodeling - Floating flooring verses Direct glue
I will admit, I have not had any of the more recent floating floor DIY products installed but I do know that the direct glue vinyl plank and tile products I have had put down in rentals and my own house for the past 10 years have proven to be worth the extra $$$. I have had only 1 case so far where I had to replace any of it and that was due to a tenant rolling a chair with bad coasters over the floor. The replacement was simple, just scrape up the damaged planks and glue down new ones no disassembling of half the floor to get to the damaged piece and ruining most of the taken up pieces in the process! Thankfully with modern technology, the color differences were very subtle. Any good flooring job is always dependent on how good you prep the floor first. In case of direct glue, it is not really a DIY recommended process. Proper products and application are a must. In the Dayton OHIO area call Stacy's Carpet, Enon, OH - Mike - 937-206 8664.
