A lot of exciting things happening for my clients lately.

After a long search in Kettering, my buyers finally found the right home and won in a multiple-offer situation—even though they weren’t the highest offer.

Another set of buyers just closed on a ranch home in Springboro, which is rare. They spent over a year patiently waiting for the right opportunity, stayed disciplined, and when the right home came along, they were ready.

I’m also proud of my sellers. One successfully sold her home and is relocating to be closer to family, while another just got their home under contract. Both trusted the process, followed my recommendations, and prepared their homes to the best of their ability. Their hard work paid off.
