I love it when my clients get exactly what they were hoping for! The first photo is of the home that he sold (to a lovely couple of first-time buyers *awww* and that I had helped him to purchase a few years ago!) and the second is his new residence ... he's moved up nicely and I'm so happy to have been a part of his real estate journey!

The before and after on the first place is astounding, so I can't wait to see what renovations he will do on the new place!
