Many first time buyers moving to Beavercreek tell me they are frustrated because they can't afford their ideal home. Going back a generation I remember that our first home was called a "Starter" home and we fully intended to stay 5 years and move to a better home. The beauty of that is that a that first home appreciates in value you are also paying down the mortgage. Markets go up and down and it can be scary but on the average a home in this area will increase in value by 4% a year, Year after year. Now of course you can also do things to make your home worth more. You don't have to spend a lot at first. Work on the "curb appeal" then update the kitchen. You will see a big return on you rmoney.

Condos are growing in popularity in the housing market. What was once built to attract the older buyer as a step down from the large family home has now become an attractive alternative for new buyers of 2022 . Eliminating the need for yard work and upkeep seems very attractive to people who already work long hours.
