Sold 4095 Lytle Road. This closing represents so much more than a real estate transaction.
I first started working with these clients in July 2025 when they were searching for a home that would bring them closer to town and provide more independence and community connection for their adult son.
After finding the right home, the plan was to make updates before moving in and then prepare their longtime home for the market. Like many real estate journeys, the process took longer than expected. There were home projects, delays, unexpected challenges, and health issues along the way.
Then, over the winter, their family experienced an unimaginable loss. At that point, selling the home became more than a listing. It became helping a family move through one of life’s hardest transitions with care, patience, and steady support.
Family members stepped in. I stepped in. Together, we helped get the house ready, listed, marketed, under contract, and now officially sold.
This is the part of real estate that does not always show up in the photos or the closing posts. Sometimes my job is pricing strategy, marketing, negotiation, and contract management. And sometimes it is walking beside people through a major life change and helping them take the next step when everything feels heavy.
I am incredibly grateful this family trusted me through both the purchase of their new home and the sale of this one.
Congratulations to my seller on this closing and on moving forward into a new chapter, closer to family, community, and the life they worked so hard to create.
