Looking 👀 for a house 🏡 but keep losing out to multiple offers? Here are a few tips:

1. Pay your own closing costs. (Have your Realtor mark $0 in seller paid concessions).
2. Offer above list price when necessary. (Have your Realtor run comps to construct a competitive bid).
3. Offer to buy the home in “as is” condition. You can still conduct a home inspection for your knowledge and back out if you come across any major issues.
4. Offer an appraisal gap. This means you will cover the difference in cash up to an allotted amount if the house receives a low appraisal.
5. Submit an escalation clause. This establishes the highest amount you will pay over the highest offer.

Always consult your Realtor when constructing an offer. Each situation is unique so it’s wise to consult an expert for guidance!
