Well, big news for me.. I was a loan officer years ago and hoped to add lending to the services I can offer clients. While I greatly enjoyed working with the agents at Coldwell Banker Heritage, adding lending back into my skill set required changing brokerages, so, I am now with Keller Williams Community Partners and will begin training with the Agent Plus program with Keller Loans in addition to helping clients buy and sell as a Realtor. 🙂 I am excited!! Also, just got my listing sale signs with my smiling face on them. lol.

Closing Day!! Congratulations to a super kind family who got the keys to their new home today! They were in their first home for 25 years and so it was a bittersweet day for them. They will have so much room to spread out in their new Centerville home. Congrats to them and thank you for the agent who let me help her buyers. It was a busy 4th of July! Amidst the family fun, parade and fireworks, I was able to get the out-of-state military family under contract on their new home in Beavercreek! I am thankful to the agent that is allowing me to work with some of her buyers and to the agent that filled in for me on one of the video showings that just happened to be the 3rd home these buyers made an offer on and it got accepted! I have worked with many clients who were PCSing to WPAFB (Wright Patt Air Force Base). For those that are serving our country and cannot make it in town to shop for homes, I do video tours for them. I am their eyes, nose, ears. I point out smells, road noise and things they might not be able to see in photos only. Many of these buyers buy the homes without getting the chance to see them in person first. I take this seriously as these clients are serving our Country and have moved so many times. Congratulations to this family on a place to call home when they arrive in town.
