Jesus and Sammie said YES to the address!✨🥹

From seeing other people buy their first homes with us to pushing through and making it happen for their family is INCREDIBLE!

We connected on Jan 13 of THIS YEAR with the following message from Sammie:

“Hi Miguel !
Me and my husband are looking to buy a home, there is one in particular we are looking at.

There were challenges but with GOD guiding all of us we found them the perfect home and saved them an insane amount. Easily over $30,000. 🎉

YOUR SACRIFICES DO NOT GO UNNOTICED!🇺🇸

Today, we celebrate Karen & Raleigh who just bought their FIRST HOUSE!

When we had the cleaners go through to detail the house before possession they said that this was the MOST BEAUTIFUL home out of all of the homes they had cleaned for us and I 100% agree. Also, it couldn’t have gone to a more deserving couple!

The Reccomendation to us was made by Karen’s sister Oyuki Fernandez and we KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK 🫡‼️

January 17th - We talked about the process

January 18th - First property list was sent

Jan 21st - Property tours were scheduled

Jan 23rd - We toured several homes

Jan 24 - SELLER ACCEPTED OUR OFFER 🙌

WHICH BRINGS US TO CLOSING. 38 days from when we first connected. That’s right!

We say this often but we truly love what we do and we get to meet so many outstanding members of our community.

To Karen, thank you for YOUR SERVICE AND SACRIFICE. She has paved her way towards success with being a member of the US NAVY! ⚓️

In addition we thank both of them (Karen and Raleigh) for their active service working in law enforcement. It’s been an amazing ride so far and I’m hoping I don’t ever need a ride in the back of your car 👮 😆 but truly, this is one of those closings we will carry with us forever!

KEEP CHASING YOUR DREAMS. ✨

This is coming from a kid who didn’t have it easy but had heart. Didn’t have a college degree but went to the school of hard knocks. The kid that wasn’t the perfect child but had parents who loved him and set him straight. The kid who had a WHOLE COMMUNITY BEHIND HIM when he didn’t think it was possible…….but still kept pushing.

This award means more to me than some could ever understand as all I ever wanted to do was to make my family proud.

To my mom and dad. I hope you see my sacrifice in wanting to be like you. An exemplary role model for people to follow. To my brothers, I love you more that anything and I appreciate all the good and rough times we shared.

Both Niko and Luca now have a a new home to run around in that’s right across from a community park!

THEY DID IT! ✨

After a month of waiting for the seller to vacate, these first time home buyers just got their keys! 🔑 🏡

Please help me in celebrating my great friends Jose Reyes and Nathalie Carbajal who just bought THEIR FIRST HOME! 😭

Getting to know these two made the process that much more meaningful. They are the first to buy a house on either side of their family and they want to help their family get into real estate as well.

This is just the start of a new chapter for this AMAZING family. To be able to talk to Jose’s dad and see how proud he was of his son, daughter in law and BEYOND happy that his grandson will no longer live in an apartment but have a home where he can run around and use his indoor bounce house.
