I am blown away to be recognized buy a national group for the success that we have achieved at the Only Homes Team.

Just 6 short years ago I was ready to quit the career that I love so much because I was beat up, beat down had some what seemed like insurmountable set backs.

And by the grace of God and some butt kicking from Michelle Monique Socha I decided to give it one more try.

Thankfully I did.

The moral of the story is “Never quit” even when the odds are against you.

One more try just may be the breakthrough you are looking for.

Thank you to all of my friends, family, customers and clients who have supported my dream for the last 36 years.

It took 2 years to create these two lots. Fortunately if we had tried to create these lots today they would’ve been much smaller. Probably would’ve been 4 lots. If you want to learn about the home building process I’ve written a book about it. Soon I will be teaching classes about this topic for those who want to do it for themselves. Stay tuned for details.
