A closing photo captures a moment.

The keys. The smiles. The beginning of something new.

What it doesn’t capture are the years someone spent saving for the down payment. The memories a seller is leaving behind. The agent who spent months helping a family find the right place. Or the countless details being handled behind the scenes to get everyone to this moment.

That’s what we never want to lose sight of.

Because to us, a closing isn’t a file moving across a desk. It’s someone’s next chapter. And we’re honored to be trusted with a small part of it.

Everything we do is because of you!

A real estate transaction can look like paperwork, signatures, and deadlines. But that’s rarely what it feels like to the person living it.

It’s a first-time buyer imagining the moment they finally turn the key.

It’s a seller standing in an empty room one last time, noticing the pencil marks still on the doorway, the faint outline where family photos once hung, and the floors that carried years of first steps and everyday life.

It’s an agent who has been there through the questions, uncertainty and decisions, helping someone move toward what’s next.

We believe title and escrow should honor the significance of those moments. By anticipating what comes next. Communicating before you have to ask. Making the complicated feel simpler.

Because exceptional service isn’t about being noticed.
It’s about making sure the person you’re serving feels seen.

Everything we do is because of you.

Today we honor the Indigenous peoples who have called this land home for countless generations. The heritage, resilience, and traditions they continue to carry forward to the communities we serve. At WFG National Title, we recognize that the land beneath every home we help protect carries a rich history worth remembering and respecting.

Thank you to Robbie Chrisman, Mitch Kider, and Chrisman Commentary’s The Big Picture for welcoming WFG President and CEO Steve Ozonian to the show for a thoughtful conversation about the future of our industry!

Steve shares his perspective on a more connected housing industry and what it means for lenders, real estate professionals, and the customers they serve.

From AI’s potential to transform refinance lending to the ways smaller independent mortgage bankers can stay competitive, the conversation examines how technology, strategy, and leadership can help companies move forward.

Steve also shares his framework for turning a vision into action: define the desired future, understand where you are today, and build the bridge between the two.

As AI makes fraud more convincing, personal relationships are becoming even more important to protecting real estate transactions.

In this WFG’s Industry Perspective clip, WFG Chairman and Founder Patrick Stone discusses how AI is accelerating fraud and why we continue to invest in technology, education, and direct customer communication to help combat it.

His message is clear: Knowing your customers and making verification part of the process are essential to helping protect buyers and sellers.

Buying or selling a home asks a lot of people.

There are documents to understand. Deadlines to remember. Questions to ask. Decisions to make. And often, an entire life being packed into boxes at the same time. We don’t believe navigating your closing should add to that complexity.

That’s why WFG created MyHome, a centralized place designed to help consumers stay connected to their transaction and better understand what’s happening along the way.

For agents, it’s another way to help clients feel informed. For buyers and sellers, it brings greater visibility to a process that can otherwise feel unfamiliar.

Because the best technology shouldn’t demand more of you. It should quietly make your experience better.

Everything we do is because of you!

Would a return to 3% mortgage rates be good news for housing? The circumstances behind those rates matter.

In this WFG’s Industry Perspective clip, economist Bill Conerly explains why reaching that level again could require a severe recession, with consequences for jobs, income, and consumer confidence.

Joined by WFG Chairman and Founder Patrick Stone and Knowledge Coop’s Ken Perry, Bill offers a valuable reminder: A healthy housing market depends on people having the employment, resources, and optimism to make their next move.

Your client gets an email late in the afternoon.
Closing is tomorrow. The message says the wiring instructions have changed and the funds need to be sent immediately to avoid a delay.

What would they do?

That’s the moment that matters.
Research reported by the American Land Title Association found one in four buyers surveyed had been targeted by wire fraud, with growing threats from impersonation schemes and AI-enabled scams. Real estate professionals spend months helping clients find the right home, negotiate the contract and make it to closing. Helping them recognize a fraudulent request can be just as important.
Talk about wire fraud before closing week. Establish how important information will be communicated. Give clients permission to question anything unexpected.
An informed client is a harder target.

$275.1 Million | A number that large is difficult to comprehend.

A number that large is difficult to comprehend.
Until you remember what it’s made of.
Down payments someone spent years saving.
Equity from a home someone spent decades building.
Money intended for a family’s next chapter.

In 2025, the FBI recorded 12,368 real estate fraud complaints and $275.1 million in reported losses.

Behind every one of those numbers is a person. That’s why cybersecurity in real estate isn’t simply an IT issue. It’s a responsibility shared by everyone entrusted with a transaction.

At WFG, protecting the experience means protecting what matters most within it: people.

A customer recently asked Erianne, one of our Escrow Officers, a question she wasn't expecting: "Do you have a special document my son can sign, too?"

The family was preparing for a move after a significant life change. While the customer was focused on the logistics, her son was trying to make sense of what came next.

Rather than saying no, Erianne created a simple agreement just for him. His commitment: to "mostly keep his room clean" in the new house. The document wasn't part of the transaction, but it became one of the most meaningful parts of the experience for that family.

Stories like this are a reminder that our work is about more than documents and deadlines. Every transaction represents real people, real families, and real life moments.

Often, it's the small, thoughtful gestures that leave the biggest impression. That's why at WFG, everything we do is because of you.

The customer experience begins with the people behind it.
When employees have the support, trust, and tools to do their best work, they’re better equipped to collaborate, anticipate challenges, and guide customers through important transactions with confidence. Across WFG, we’re working to create that kind of environment because the employee experience shapes the service our customers receive.
