Real estate tip of the day: Even though you're allowed to go 3 layers deep, do NOT place new roofing over the top of the old. Doing this limits the ability to check for damage, it wont lay down evenly, it it may compromise its longevity. ALWAYS tear off the old, if ya dont have a sound roof, ya dont have much of a home.

We agents must ride folks and stay on top of outcome or fail to close on time. What I say to all my buyers...
Water in the enemy of the home. Want to spot trouble, look where water will go. Is it pooling in the yard? Running off the wood of the exterior? Draining off the neighbors hill? Gutters leaking damaging the roof line? Polling up in the crawl space? ALL I have experienced in the last 20 yrs.
