Real Estate shopping tip.. .if the home was built b4 1980ish, look to see if the electric panel is a Federal Pacific. They are prone to catch fire. I had one when I bought our home and the seller and I split the swap out..

Real Estate tip of the day...
What I say to all my buyers...
Water in the enemy of the home. Want to spot trouble, look where water will go. Is it pooling in the yard? Running off the wood of the exterior? Draining off the neighbors hill? Gutters leaking damaging the roof line? Polling up in the crawl space? ALL I have experienced in the last 20 yrs.
