July brought a little seasonal exhale to the Portland Metro real estate market, with steady momentum as the summer settled in and 8.1% more homes sold this year compared to last July 🏠

The bigger picture is encouraging:
Compared to July 2025, more homes sold, more homes came to market, and the average sales price rose 1.7% to $632,500✨

With days on market holding relatively consistent at 54 days, the market appears to be less about rapid movement and more about sustainable activity.

For buyers and sellers alike, the year-over-year numbers suggest a market that is continuing to remain stable even as the pace naturally begins to cool for the season.

Now, we’re watching what this momentum means for the months ahead as we enter into the fall market… 🍂
